Complex Vehicle Problem Solving
Electrical, drivability, network, mechanical-integration, intermittent, and module-related failures investigated as complete systems—not isolated trouble codes or assumptions.
A specialty automotive diagnostic and electronics facility for stock vehicles, modified combinations, and high-performance builds. We find the root cause and prove the failure before changing parts or introducing new variables.
DIAGNOSTIC BAY // PROHUBDon’t fire the parts cannon. Follow the evidence.
Every replaced part adds cost and another variable. Our job is to understand the system, reproduce the concern, isolate the fault, and establish proof before recommending a repair.
Define exactly when and how the failure occurs.
Measure the inputs, outputs, circuits, communication, and operating conditions.
Establish evidence before changing parts or introducing new variables.
We combine vehicle-level diagnostics with performance experience, deep controller knowledge, and board-level repair capability. Whether the vehicle is factory stock or heavily modified, every conclusion is backed by testing.
Electrical, drivability, network, mechanical-integration, intermittent, and module-related failures investigated as complete systems—not isolated trouble codes or assumptions.
Our full bench engine simulator exercises controller inputs and outputs under controlled conditions—even for older or unsupported engine-management systems.
Component-level diagnosis and precision repair using professional rework, reballing, inspection, and soldering equipment.
Our Mainline ProHub is a diagnostic instrument—not just a power tool. Controlled speed and load let us reproduce faults, study contradictory data, and prove repairs on stock and high-performance combinations.
Most diagnostic paths stop at “replace the module.” Ours doesn’t. We have the equipment to simulate, inspect, repair, and validate at every level.
Controlled power, communication, sensor inputs, and commanded outputs for functional ECU testing.
01Controlled component removal and installation for professional board-level repair.
02Precision tooling for advanced package rework when the repair goes beneath the chip.
03High-magnification inspection and micro-soldering for tiny traces, joints, and components.
04Rated to absorb 2,000 hp at 2,000 axle rpm, our hub dyno gives us fixed-speed steady-state, fixed-load, and road-load control. We can hold a repeatable operating condition, manipulate one variable at a time, and capture the data needed to isolate failures that may appear only at a specific speed, load, temperature, or boost level.
These controllers have their own architectures, vehicle interactions, and failure patterns. CT Diagnostics brings platform-specific experience together with the physical equipment needed to test and repair them properly.
Include the vehicle, controller, symptoms, history, and anything already tested. We’ll help determine whether to send the module or the complete vehicle.
